The Virtual Office Management Certificate to address the need in York, Chester, and Lancaster counties for employees in a field that is projected to experience an increase in demand for additional new workers due to increased opportunities for flexible work schedules and/or remote working environments. These professions include data entry personnel, call center representatives, virtual administrative assistants, and online customer support agents.
