CT.ECET - Teacher Assistant, CT

The Teacher Assistant certificate program provides coursework and experiences within the education field and prepares graduates for employment as teacher assistants in the public-school systems, as well as teacher assistants or lead teacher roles in private and public child development settings and/or faith-based child development preschools. As a requirement for employment in the field, graduates will also receive first aid and pediatric CPR training and certification in the ECD 135 Health, Safety, and Nutrition course.
